This Privacy Policy describes how Slabbasaur Enterprise LLC ("Slabbasaur") uses information accessed through Slabbasaur TCG Bot.
Information the app accesses
When an authorized Google account connects to Slabbasaur TCG Bot, the app may access Google Drive files and Google Sheets needed for internal business workflows. This can include file and folder names, spreadsheet content, and related metadata.
How information is used
Google account data is used only to operate internal business workflows such as creating and updating trading-card deal records, weekly bookkeeping sheets, archive sheets, allocation tracking, and related Drive organization.
Data sharing
Slabbasaur does not sell Google user data. Data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate the connected Google services or as required by law.
Data storage and security
Business records are stored in authorized Google Drive and Google Sheets locations. OAuth credentials used by the bot are stored on the system running the bot and are used to maintain authorized access without repeated interactive sign-in.
Data retention
Business records are retained for as long as needed for operational, accounting, or legal purposes. OAuth access can be revoked at any time through the connected Google account's security settings.
Your choices
Authorized users may revoke the app's Google access through their Google Account permissions. Revoking access may prevent Slabbasaur TCG Bot from performing Google Drive or Google Sheets functions for that account.
